LINCOLN / MERCURY
Duplicate keys may be programmed to 1996 and '97 Fords using
a simple on-board procedure, as long as you have one existing programmed key. Beginning
in 1998 (with a few exceptions), you must have two existing keys to program an additional key. If you only
have one key or no keys, the keys must be programmed using our diagnostic equipment.
